The other day I enjoyed photographing this home on a quiet side street in Solon Springs, Wisconsin. Well, except maybe for the exteriors. It was a cool NW WI morning, with temps just above zero and and a nice breeze that made for some brisk wind chills. But at least it was warm and cozy inside this house. It’s on a corner lot in a great location, and I suspect it will sell fast. For more, just scroll on down.
Here’s another up-north chalet just SOLD by Jean Hedren, your Northwest Wisconsin Realtor. I really enjoyed photographing this home last summer; it features some beautiful, sunny spaces. First, of course, there’s this open-plan great room with its stone fireplace and a whole wall full of windows. But I also loved some of the other spaces in this home, like the lower-level sewing room in the next photo. For more, just scroll on down.
Because these sellers planned ahead, I was able to photograph their home last summer and fall when the weather was a bit warmer. I love it when that happens. Don’t get me wrong; I’m sure the ice fishing is great out in front of this lake home, and I would have been happy to photograph it yesterday afternoon. But on a January morning when the temperature has just climbed above 4 degrees F, it’s quite satisfying to share scenes like these. Spring is on the way. For more, just scroll on down.
