Last week I enjoyed photographing this remodeled farm house with 318 acres that include a little hay and a lot of woods. This was one case where drone photos were especially helpful. Until the other day, I’d always assumed that most of the land visibly in this first photo was low and marshy, like the patch in the foreground that has a designated trout stream running through it. That’s what’s most visible from the road. But it turns out that most of these woods are high and dry. That’s also the case with the tillable land that’s currently planted in hay. The rest of those big woods are producing trees and deer. Oh. And the house itself is not bad, either. For more, just scroll on down.
